Release Note
Some email delivery-related details will change during the ad hoc migration on Thursday, March 18.
<When multiple Trainings are assigned at once, you receive an email in the form of an assigned Training List in the body.>
1. Previously, when multiple Training items were assigned at once, one email was sent for each Training.
To address the inconvenience of receiving Assignment emails with the same name all at once, through this release, it will be changed so that the assigned Training can be displayed in List form within a single email.
This applies at the following specific times when Training is assigned all at once.

When User first enters the registered Company

When User's Job Title is changed in User Information

When Lecture Status changes from Inactive -> Active over time
Therefore, even if multiple Course and Lecture are assigned in the above cases, only one Course Assignment email and one Lecture Assignment email will be sent.
However, when Training is assigned through normal Training-level creation or changes, one email will be sent per Training, as before.

Ex) Create Lecture A by assigning All to an Active Trainee.
2. When you click the cubeLMS button at the bottom, it used to go to the Details page for the corresponding Training, but now it goes to My Training - To Do List.
<If you have already received the Assignment mail, you will no longer receive mail.>
To prevent confusion caused by sending an already assigned Training once more, the system has been changed to internally track whether the system email sent upon Training assignment has already been sent.
1. As a result, even if a Training that was already assigned before is reassigned, the email will not be sent.
For example, when User K's Job Title is assigned to the Trainee in Lecture A and an email had previously been sent,
Then, when User K's User Name is additionally assigned to the Trainee in Lecture A, the email will not be sent.

2. In addition, the logic for sending emails when a User's Job Title is changed has also been updated.
Previously when a User's Job Title is added, the previously sent Assignment email was sent once more.
With this release, if an email has been sent even once, it will be changed so that duplicate emails are not sent even if the User's Job Title is changed.
