ENG_September 2021 Regular Transfer

Previously, only one Training Type could be assigned per Lecture, but now Trainee can be assigned separately for Mandatory and Optional.

• The Training Type field is no longer displayed.

• You can assign Trainee separately for the Mandatory and Optional tabs in the Trainee field. The number of selected Trainee is displayed on each tab.

• Trainee already selected in another Training Type is disabled and cannot be selected.

• If both Mandatory and Optional Training Type are assigned due to a mix of Job Title and User Name, it is assigned as Mandatory.

Category can now also have Trainee assigned separately for Mandatory and Optional, whereas previously only one Training Type could be specified.

• The Training Type field is no longer displayed.

• In the Trainee field, you can assign Trainee separately in the Mandatory and Optional tabs. The number of selected Trainee is displayed on each tab.

• A Trainee already selected in another Training Type is disabled and cannot be selected.

The Trainee item is not required because the Trainee registers Previous Training and its subcategories.

On the edit page for Previous Training and its subcategories, the Training Type and Trainee items will be removed.

1) Learning Progress - Training

• The TRAINING TYPE column between the COM(O.DUE) column and the PROGRESS column is removed.

2) Learning Progress - Training - Lecture Details

• The TRAINING TYPE item located to the left of Details is removed.

3) Content Management - Lecture

• The TRAINING TYPE column located between the VALIDITY column and the STATUS column is removed.

4) Training - All Training

• The TRAINING TYPE column located between the QUIZ column and the CERTIFICATE column is removed.

Previously, regardless of Training Type, the Trainee matching the intersection of the selected Lectures was displayed, but this release allows only Trainee marked as Mandatory to be selected.
